Small potatoes. My department has 100% attrition a year due to a toxic manager. Take that RTO!
Wise up. Attrition is a value driver, not a cost, in this instance.
Lost 2 people in my circle. One from my group and one adjacent to our group. I'm sure more are exploring options.

I hope not, the less I see our Director the better my life is. If he sees my design he wants to change it and will lean on you until he gets his way and then claim the work as his own. I would not mind but his input is ALWAYS terrible and guaranteed to set you back and my other colleagues complain about it too.
He only does this if he walks past my desk, remotely he never interferes.
