Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Storytelling article

JW posted an article about storytelling and how it helps data driven teams succeed. Not a bad read—some key takeaways.

*Golden State Warriors changed their management and kept the same team for sustained winning.
*Few things set winning teams apart—getting data-driven buy-in from all levels in the org, using quantitative and qualitative info to improve, understanding the problem needed to be solved and intuit data’s role in solving

Would be great to see data for SAP for some of the decisions made, but it’s clear that the reference to this article is more about the performance management for employees.

Sabine was an id--t anyway. She could never directly answer any difficult question and her responses (like, um, uh) were an embarrassment to women. So glad she is gone. Hope she didn't let the door hit her on the way out.

But yes -- Julia should be gone too.

If SAP applies what the article is saying then it would be a great place. Just imagine—new leadership who makes decisions based on real data.

One can only dream.

The entire board needs to go. Why is it so hard to hire/promote competent board? Maybe with Hasso gone we have a chance.

The ONLY reason JW is on the Executive Board is because she is a viper pretending to be a woman. I was privy to JW poisonous venom towards Sabine Bendiek as JW knew that when Sabine is fired, SAP would not be able to fire JW and must keep her around until another female Board Member is found. JW has one superpower and that is promoting JW. She is talent-less otherwise.
