@rsk+1swpfwqi - Exactly! Except from Charlie, his directs and their directs have dedicated US-based EA's. The SHOULD be subject to what they implement.
The rest of the managers have to absorb all the administrative work or deal with minimal foreign support, in addition to actually trying to manage their teams and the fire drills the executive leadership throws at them because of their incompetence.

we lost all our admins over a year ago and hadn't moved to a shared model with admin now in Philippines. They should force the C suite to has to go this route.
