i was SHOCKED to find out that EHQ techops was safe.
There are few that if you think about them, the first tought will be: "what is this guy actually doing all day". If there's an actual issue they just blabla and disappear.

@4zgi+1swa3Zje If you think those were the good leaders you are clearly out of touch with reality. Good riddance. Worst leaders I’ve experienced and truly a wonder they were here as long as they were.

They let good people leaders like JH, DB go and kept some of the ones that could not care less about the brand, consumer or our people.

@1owo+1swa3Zje A lot of Kohls people still exist. The fact that the Bay Area wasn't gutted means they are still around. GT in the Bay Area was not affected much. I wouldn't care where these leaders came from but they all seem to act a certain way -- they protect each other and they are incompetent. Nike had a chance to do something about it, and they did nothing.

Many of the horrible tech leaders have been removed, especially the Kohls crew but still a few to go. TT is the worst and providing zero value and only creating busy work. Others trying to impress the new CTO but providing no actual value to Nike. Only a few leaders that empower their teams and deliver value.

Leadership and GT in the same phrase is called “oxymoron”

Group of people that did nothing while RL dismounted GT and will do nothing while the new CTO does the same. Their focus is protecting their careers.

There are no real people leaders who cares about Nike and their teams.
