The aftermath of these RIFs is that all the nice people are gone and the gossiping has gone from 2 to 11 on a dial that stops at 10.

Everyone is trying to dig dirt on everyone so that they don't get cut. People throwing each other under the bus left and right. I've heard more nasty things about people I didn't really want to know in the first place, like people who sued Nike for higher pay or one colleague who sued his roommate for half his assets.

If everyone left is a psychopath, do I still want to work here?

The NSRL has been a sh1t show since MN took over. He really needs to go and he needs to take his stooges with him, eh

A perfect example of this is TT in tech. A good leader is someone that is trustworthy, someone that works hard, someone that gives credit to others instead of stealing all the hard work and calling it her own. If you’re not part of her insiders group you risk having all the wins stolen and claimed as credit behind closed doors. It’s pathetic and just another example of Nike not doing the right thing.

What’s worse is finding out the mentally unstable people who are still employed there, for example those who admit to crying everyday or having shame to put Nike on their resume. What a circus.

Lord of the flies is the only way to survive at Nike. You just saw it first hand, performance & skill meant nothing. Solid performers got whacked because they were not up some cronies as*. Get used to stabbing your friends in the back or blame your business partner when your disaster of an ERP project fails again. The brand is failing with the consumer and consumer the putrid disease within can’t save it.
