Half my team is gone, and I still have no clue what or where I'll be working in the future, no manager, etc. We're just chugging along, doing the same work with paid external people now taking the place and work of the people who were let go. When will this all be revealed?

Nike Vet here. Be proactive. Roles are not clear? Define your role. No one knows it better than you do. Talk to your manager and tell him or her what your role should look like. Don't be afraid to have a team meeting with everyone in your team and decide your responsibilities. We did the same in our team.
I’ve had my new org structure assigned but roles and responsibilities, ways of working etc are still a complete mystery. Management keeps saying the same thing using different jargon.
Do you have a direct report? Wouldn’t help to ask.
