They are smart. They had a plan to keep tenured cs reps just to find a way to fire them without a verbal, written or a final. I personally know of two cs reps that were let go. Ridiculous. Where is the Credo? Their ethics have gone down the drain.

Hans will go down as one of the GOAT leaders of all time. Books will be written about how he took over VZW and made it better than ever. I still remember when he came on board and pushed up the 5G launch flexing his muscles only for it to push out further than the original date. He is a true leader and you should follow his every word. If he tells employees to jump don't even ask how high.. just jump.. jump for joy!

They offered Digital tech chat jobs. Tenured reps took those positions. Now that job has turned into upselling plans, adding insurance, adding lines, adding home internet. Those things are on the employees PA. You don’t sell then you get a PIP. Good luck taking your break and lunches on time. If your break is at 1pm you may end up taking it ay 2:30pm. Taking lunches 5 hours after your shift started is illegal. Vz getting away with a lot and nobody does a thing.
