Serious question here. What or who should replace Cram after he’s gone in TIS soon? Glaser team is gone and they were one of the biggest. Every FA, and I am a middle sized one, are giving the middle finger to this firm. What comes next? We need a new model.

Rusty the Clown was not the answer. He’d been protected and shuffled around Wealth for several years. All talk and smiles, no substance. Cram has spent 10+ years trying to promote FAs at the expense of the commercial, retail and Wealth teammates. He didn’t care about relationships, just gathering investment assets..which to be fair, was his job, he just out-,maneuvered everyone else. Suntrust sure didn’t value that, he wasn’t one of theirs. He can’t get canned soon enough.
“ This statement from Glaser says it all.
“RBC Wealth Management has the size, scale and sophistication to serve the needs of our clients,” Louis Glaser said in a statement. “We were also impressed with RBC’s reputation of always putting the needs of clients first, which is extremely important to our team.”
That is boiler plate language that every firm puts on their press release or announcement whenever leaving one firm or another.
Two questions as I now don’t directly work with TIS. Is Cram leaving TIS? Also, any insight on what happened to Rusty C? My interactions with him were always very positive, and I assumed he was well-positioned.
I work at TIS and this is a pure BS show. Horrible systems.
You will never get a new model from the most pride filled and narcissistic group of managers I have ever seen. They never do anything wrong! Cram is a good manager and that is why they(Suntrust) shut him down. Truist is now like Haiti. You have to flee to find a better life. Leave now before Truist exits protocol.
Lame. Yeah he needs to go. Who replaces him? Gotta wipe the toilet of Joe T. Bring back Rusty C and crew? Worked with them some in wealth and he was heir apparent until he wasn’t.

Maybe I’m too focused on revelations and the solar storm we just had. I don’t know if it’s a sign here but this bank and Jesus say it needs new leadership.
