Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Disrupt or Die

Remember this from KK? The phrase was seen as offensive to some, so it was changed to "disrupt to thrive". If the bank could not disrupt technology and banking to compete with Fintech, then it would die.
No disruptions have occurred. I guess dying is in progress.

Yes Kelly did one helluva job with the disruption and now Bill and his merry gang of bandits are taking care of the dying. Mission accomplished KK. BR will finish his mission in a couple of years if not sooner!

KK disrupted a great bank, now it’s all but dead. He was able to get the bank to disrupt and die.

Can’t be disruptive with mo--nic dinosaurs in charge who don’t understand that spending money on new technology is better for the company than paying themselves out huge bonuses for doing nothing.

Go to LinkedIn, Kelly is still spreading those seeds of hope and still has sycophants hanging on his every word.

I’ve seen emails of 10 people working on some back-office bs that should be completely streamlined. All the back-office processes are a train wreck that no one has time to fix.
Yeah we’ve got no shot against Fintech lol…

"Disrupt"? LOL what a joke! This bank can't even current old tech up and running. No fault of tech folks. Executive leaders are to blame 100%.
