I hate my manager and our director and Sr director. Why I was not laid off???

@2kcx+1ssMmJP7 I kept my job and I cannot say how bad it has turned out after the layoffs. My manager and everyone in our team suddenly has turned to pschyo! People who were getting along for the past several years are now suddenly going to each other's manager filing complaint and stabbing each other. Teammates are suddenly unclear about roles and responsibilities and step on each other toes, manager is micro managing, ....
As someone who was laid off I can totally sympathize with those left behind.. just because the job market is cr-ppy doesn’t mean it’s roses for those “lucky” enough to deal with the aftermath.
Then GTFO. Why is that so hard? Don’t say financial situation because if you hate it that bad isn’t worth it.
Go whine elsewhere vs to people who loved their job and lost it.
As someone who was laid off, I’d prefer to have my job and a stable paycheck vs some severance and a sh---y job market to find a job. Grass ain’t always greener.
Honestly OP, if you dislike your job that bad you are the only person keeping you here. I also disliked my job at Nike. So what did I do? I found another job and then quit. It was either that, or stay miserable and complain.
Which option do you think is preferable OP?
Don’t quit.
OP Maybe you're the problem.
You can always quit. Grow up and stop being a whiny bi--h. Millions of people would love your job.
Cool, let’s ease up on the whining while we’re at it. You’re a full grown adult.
Nah. I’m good thanks.
I’ll keep leaking tea until they ask for volunteers. I get my layoff, someone else gets to keep their job, management gets rid of a rabblerouser.
Everyone wins if I stay. Only management wins if I leave.
Because you are average on the importance scale and you make hardly enough income for them to matter. Grow some ba--s, stop complaining and quit
The director or our team is the drama maker! She has so much extra time on her hand that her only job is making drama.
why don't you quit so someone who wants to be at Nike can have your role?
I 💩 in my leadership chain’s cereal bowls and they still didn’t lay me off. Metaphorically.
I hate that our layoffs were conducted by our CEO playing darts blindfolded.
They put absolutely no thought into their decisions other than balancing metrics to avoid a Title 7 lawsuit. But I guess that’s about as much thought as they gave our business plans too.
