Sad DEI division and remote workers gets more funding over people who touch products

Very disappointing that good people lost their jobs while the DEI group (everyone knows under who) keeps getting more funding for their initiatives , along with those remote folks who walk their cats and dogs and do yoga during work hours.

Very unfair to people who show up everyday during snow, moon, rain or shine including the peak of Covid and those who touch product. They gutted our shared department 20% every year for the last 5 years and finally closed it last year.

Tired of seeing these BS DEI initiatives and people in marketing and journalism majors leading biomedical engineering innovation

People who blame DEI are just the bad leaders' bootlickers.

The whole DEI things is interesting....instead of acknowledging the poor decisions that leaders at MDT consistently make, you are pointing at DEI instead. Interesting....less than 3% of leaders at MDT are black or brown. So what does that mean? White people are primarily responsible for the core business decisions. No hate, just facts

My cat needs to be walked every day or she gets cranky.

Some of us need remote work.

Sad that that you have time to complain about DEI without knowing anything about it instead of doing your actual work. Complainers like you is what doomed this company.
