The only reason Frank pushes DEI is because it takes focus off the fact that his boardroom is a bunch of old white boomer yes men. He could give two tu-d$ about DEI. Just another ruse while he fleeces the company.

Perhaps after FB leaves the DEI overcompensation will fade to normal levels. He won’t do it since he’s put too many chips on the table and pulling some back would be a tacit admission that he was wrong. That’s not in his nature. However, as an observer, I fully believe DEI is overboard at Fiserv and around the USA. We’ve always hired from specialized groups without drawing attention to the practice or patting ourselves on the back for doing so. It’s BAU. No need to spend money on it like it’s a product. Let’s get back to work.
