They laid off a ton of CRPs today. Managed out completely because of productivity or performance issues. Fear they aren’t done. Whatever upper leadership says (avp and vps) are a lie don’t trust them!!!
Get out while you can. It’s becoming a terrible place to work.

wow this is terrible. when will the layoffs stop this makes me anxious every day!!!!!
Yes they received severance pay. Since the layoffs CRPs have all been required to work mandatory overtime every day for between 2-4 hours. I am not sure how long they will be able to keep this up.
Do they get severance?
