There is another rumor that an additional remote employees are looking at more layoffs. Is this a true statement? Any time line ? Any info?

Ready for my exit.
They just whacked a bunch off shore.
Just found one on Linkedin board, yeap, Fiserv.
Remote employees don’t help meet the promised local quotas. Tax breaks > salaries, even the salary for the Employee of the Month, Year, All-Time.
You can't exceed expectations here, only "meets"
If you are remote you should know by now that your job is not safe! It's just a matter of time before your number will be called.
For reasons we will never know or comprehend, this leadership team has a stick up their a$$ about remote workers. It doesn't matter how long you've been with the company (decades), how long you've worked remote (decades), whether you are an SME, how you rank on performance (consistently exceeds), how many hours sapience records that you work (often well over 50 hours a week), how valuable you are to your immediate work group or even what group you work for....none of it matters. They don't even try to hide the fact. They are ridiculously stubborn on this point to their own detriment. I've seen it happen to the best of the best and it just su-ks for them and su-ks the morale out of entire groups. You can roll the dice, move or find another job, but always remember you are a number, and they don't give a cr-p.
Even SME
At Fiserv there will always be more layoffs. When they run out of remote employees, they will close down an office so they can layoff more.
Is it true that NJ office has mandated 5 days work from office ?
All remotes who are not work from road will be exited by the end of the year. Done in phases until it is complete
