JD is still here, instilling zero confidence in any of us. Bain is still here, blindly re-structuring a company that was once the sole leader. Why isn't anyone speaking about A C N? Over 800 Finance employees were let go in the fall, replaced by a promise from A C N on automation. Now S E C leaders are spending $300-$500/hr to replace employees from the RIF. I'm still her listening to CF talk about her Superpowers, what a horrible leader. Who talks to 500 people about their superpowers? I'd like to stay, but seeing all of this and the $100's of millions spent on A C N for early in career, learning on the job mediocrity is mind blowing. 6/1 can't come soon enough.

LOL - @hrq - Mana will not go live - just like any of the other SEC projects. I'm surprised the leaders are still "leading" and I use that term very loosely in this group. TT is just awful and I honestly can't say anything nice about her. Project should have gone live in December but was pulled mere moments before the rollout was to begin. Total JOKE!!!
“Leaders” have been allowed to build empires for too long. There’s been little investment in retaining quality employees that will tell their leaders “NO”. We’ve now had a year of SEC choking out most other features & innovations as a result.
I’ve been here a decade and the amount of good mid-low level managers & directors we’ve lost in just the last 3 years is INSANE. The movers, shakers, & planners have all abandoned ship.
We are adrift and rudderless. With a board too busy living in a past that no longer exists.
Lay back and see what happens after Mana go live. That will be a wild ride.
I don’t expect it to collapse, but I think we should have a reversal strategy in place.
