You gotta love how greasy our management is. Handing out retention bonuses to certain facilities in the Lloyd thermal group. Talk about creating division. Sadly the reason people are leaving is because of the culture, not the money. But yeah, here sign this nda and keep the retention quiet. Never have I been involved with such incompetence.

If people stay for retention bonuses then they deserve to stay, they’re the right fit for the culture the company is promoting - money hungry, mediocrity, who won’t look up or challenge status quo. There’s a low ceiling at this company.
Retention bonuses must be canceled; this is not an "oil bo-m" that we had a decade ago. And proceeds must be distributed to annual bonuses for everyone who is a value contributor.
I don’t think you understand the meaning of the words you use however I can spot a whiner a mile away. This happened so long ago; get over yourself already and maybe ask why a lowly peon such as yourself wasn’t given a retention bonus but yet you happily accept your annual bonus.
Not clueless. Intentional
They are handing these out a cross the company. Calgary just received lots of them.
It’s a new way to force attrition without doing layoffs. Spend the same dollars on retention bonuses to those you want to keep, making others upset enough to quit.
