Question about Badge In Reports

How are the reports calculated?

If I am in office for a 10 hour Monday, can I go in for 4 hours Tuesday to keep a 7 hour average?

If I go to an office with a gym, does it count me exercising as working on the report?

Is it counting the earliest and latest badge swipe to estimate time in office, or is it tracking entrance/exit swipes only?

Joseph St-lin said ages ago, and if you think weird it works on this discussion subject: It does not matter who votes. What does matter is who COUNTS the votes.

Thinks that fiserv wants us to collaborate but then we have sapience that ties us to our laptops... Shill detected.

IN BH, on our project no one checks clock in / clock out..

I do 3 days in office , 9 to 4, lets' see who questions me!

At Fiserv the results do not matter. The only thing that matters is what is on the report.

You will see.

With the WFH Friday's currently in place, I don't expect HR to bother anyone about that. However, my management "suggested" working in office M-F and only taking those necessary WFH days as needed. So, the 60% rule doesn't really apply so much anymore. I don't think it's just about badging. They want to see people in office to collaborate more and be more successful. Badging in/out just reinforces RTO. If you're trying to game the system, in addition to your actual work time, it won't take long to see what's going on - one way or the other. - Good Luck

Hahahahaha reminded why I left this d-mb place. I didnt work my ar-e off to work in a punch in punch out factory. Lack of trust is astounding. Waste of time for managers to have to look at a clock in clock out report. You easily know who is not doing their job if you are a good manager

Just do what you need to do for you and your family, make sure your work gets done and sleep well at night, if Fiserv wants to fire you they will. Don’t live under the fear of what FB or his goon simps think. Fiserv is no longer a place that deserves loyalty or respect other than knowing you are getting your work done and if when they fire you it will be their loss.

Yes, this is what companies do to win: micro manage people so that it stiffles creativity and the desire to go an extra mile.

Monday - Thursday
Average hours in office - first badge / last badge
Does account for time in workday

Badge attendance > 60%
In office hours average >

Fridays do not count for attendance or average hours

I recommend a full day of work > 7 everyday. I would not recommend gaming the system as if you ride the edge, 1 mistake or unfortunate event will cause you to be under the requirement

The report I saw it was based on first badge in and last badge out. If an associate falls below 6 hours on any day of the week then the full data for the week shows up and the manager needs to say if it’s ok and provide a reason.
The report is pretty d-mb and there are loads of false positives. It doesn’t take into account half days or if you show up a day that you don’t need to be there.
It’s the biggest id--tic waste of time for all involved. Seems like they don’t trust managers to manage and instead of addressing poor managers they come up with nonsense processes to check up on them.
