I've always heard about people waiting for August to leave due to bonus and whatnot. Do you lose things such bonus or stock options if you leave before the end of fiscal year?

Lazy much? It's all on the HR website...
Im not answering stuff you can look up yourself or ask Hr.
minimum wait time for options is 4 years I believe, so you can't exercise options that haven't met that criteria. Also, I doubt waiting to August this year for options is worth it
If you wait until August you get the options or rsu that vest on that month. You lose next years vesting. Everything vested in the past is yours and you just need to exercise any option.
except for retiring or special compensations, you lose any unvested stock options or RSUs when you exit. Big purpose of these is to serve as golden handcuffs. You can sometimes get the company you are moving into to reimburse you for losing those by gifting you additional stock options/units or some other sign-on compensation (LTIP)
Indeed it’s end of fiscal year for bonus. For stocks, since I don’t have that option, I’m not sure. As far as I understand, even though they’re not vested they’re still yours, right? I’m not sure if you do receive them like bonus if you leave though…
You just need to stay through June 1 to receive the PSP.
If you're employed through end of fiscal, you're still bonus eligible. Not sure about the stock situation.
