: Let me start with some general comments and then Nick can add some detail to that. The $100 million of savings that I mentioned for the second half of the year is totally separate from anything with the incentive comps. So that’s additional savings that’s totally separate from that. Embedded in that is a reduction in force of approximately 3%.
