Merit delays are strategic moves from the mc. Some folks leave before its handed out, drives folks to start looking for new jobs, if they push it long enough and you'll not qualify for one next year, kept costs lower for q1 results.

Raises? Lol. I exceeded expectations this year whereas last years review I met expectations. The difference in merit increase between the 2? About $50 a month before taxes.

If you don’t communicate there is no issue…

Email went out to merit eligible associates some time ago detailing process and timelines, final phase of merit planning. If you didn’t receive that email OP then you aren’t getting a raise.

Mass coms went out for the FI Group. The merit planning is ongoing, it’s basically with managers right now and then final HR review. Discussions likely to start the 21st if this month. Increase will be post dated for the start of the month. No clue why it’s delayed compared to last year and no one brings it up. HR here is pretty terrible and parked with the insane lack of top down transparency it just makes everything feel so ominous.

Fiserv had another record breaking year. They can't afford to give out merit increases.
