Jumped over hear from the UHG/UHC/Optum pages just to see if there were other health competitors that treated their employees in a way that would make them satisfied with their work, engaged and striving for innovation because the company valued them and treated them right...I'm not finding success. It seems we're all in different burning trash cans. :( These companies are getting so big, the employees keeping the lights on just don't matter to them.

I am quitting because I know it is better elsewhere. Ritesh is sleazy and passive aggressive. He basically told me I should start a union here.
You won't find any good comments on this site, it's all people hating their employer and worrying about losing their job. I suggest you go to LinkedIn if you want to find employees kissing their company's a$$, or better yet, try contacting a person who actually works for the company and have a chat with them off social media.
Keep in mind these sites are not catered to those who post about enjoying their jobs. These boards are to keep others in the loop and vent on poor conditions that lead to layoff.
Dumpster fires abound. C suite and VPs getting rich off the hard work of front liners and low level management. They all are on a path to Hades!
