When will layoffs begin for Converse employees? Anybody know which teams or roles will be effected?

How many months ago was the decision made to license apparel and accessories? The design team was dismantled, yet the leaders from these teams remain. With less product, there is objectively less work. What's the plan for this top-heavy org chart? Make it make sense.
Converse “is realigning some of our teams to better support future growth,” a spokesperson for the unit said in a statement Tuesday. “We can confirm that the total changes to Converse’s workforce were included in Nike’s overall 2 percent reduction plan, however, we were operating on a discrete timeline.”
Any specific locations being impacted more (OR v MA v global offices)?

Design team cut drastically
I feel almost all of Converse are leaders and one FTE individual contributor with the remaining as ETWs. The organization is thin, and it doesn't make sense to make any cuts. Does anyone know how much will be impacted? If any one has to be let go then it would be the leaders.. It is usually 1SDir--> 2to3 Dir --> 1 Mgr/Lead -->ETW

It's supposed to begin on Monday. Assuming it'll be similar approach to Nike with layoffs first, job changes and reorgs next.
Basically all functions are going to be impacted and most teams are already incredibly lean
