as someone that got RIFed @ 2 year tenure.. it makes sense now.
We’re all goners with this philosophy. Max tenure 2-3 years, then bring in cheap younger labor.
He’s also hoping people quit with frustration- the recent moves to new teams and demotions.
CDA paid off?!! Our stock is lower now than when JD assumed CEO role. 4 years ago!!! ZERO GROWTH.
