I learnt about this site from our Sir Dir. I am truly grateful for this site. I can come here and speak my mind with no filter. My wife works part time and we have 3 kids at home. During the news of layoffs my kids were bullied by other kids, telling my kids that their dad would be soon unemployed... When we are home, I am very very stressed but I rather not talk to my wife or in front if the kids. When at work, I cannot talk about my feeling to any of the coworkers and my manager is just a narcissistic a--hole... Yes I have called EAP to seek help but that is also a joke with a 2 months waiting list... Anyway... this site is the only place I can vent these days .... The layoffs are over but somehow something is not right. There has been a lot of shift and moves in our department. People are not happy. Some were assigned to roles that are not suitable. Some were demoted... People are at each other's throat... it is very very toxic .... We are all disposable to Nike. Let's be kind to each other at work..... Let's not pick up fight or drama at work....

Try reaching out for help using the Lyra benefits. You may have to try a couple of different counselors, but when you find the right one you'll feel the relief. Can't recommend Lyra's services enough.
