Does anyone know if being on a Performance Plan or got a Needs Improvement on the annual review disqualifies them of Severance Pay?

You will be fired so they won’t have to pay severance. It happened to me.
If you are on PIP, you are in danger of being fired, with no severance. But if you are fired, you will get your local unemployment benefits. If you are on PIP and are laid off, yes, you receive severance.
There is a difference between being laid off and being terminated.
OP, Fvck Around and Find Out.
@qyv+1smU2RMn , do you even English bro?
No, as it is contentious or litigious, they'd just eliminate the position.
