Saw a teams message about a EIS all hands yesterday. Sr Mgr. said not to worry no issues for us. lol that’s BS I’m sure. Once more unto the breach!

I think layoffs will be announced just before next results to buffer investment sentiment. So Jul-Aug. the question is not If there will be layoffs, the question is size now
I wish they would offer some sort of early retirement plan for older employees that are close to retirement (hint, I would gladly accept it). Younger folks are starting to leave on their own to escape this constant layoff upheaval.
In the end, getting rid of your most important assets (people), won't make up for poor management decisions like taking on (and selling) more unprofitable Medicare Advantage plans.
engineers met and were told we are safe for 2024. so much money they have!
Layoffs look inevitable. any IT budget issues you are seeing on the PBM side. good luck to all
The real question isn't just layoffs but will they add any store closures on top of it. That financial report was really bad. Even wall street investment firms lowered their price targets for the stock significantly. So will they cut anything more than just people?
I'd say May or June. There's an all-hands meeting next month that's very important but remote. The only question to me is how big. Things are in much worse shape than when they cut 5%.
no layoffs, they have billions of $$$ to save hundreds of slackers, working from home and producing nothing!
