It has become a joke. I have seen 4 reorgs in 7 years. \\leadership OR sinking ship?
Oracle is such a joke! Reorgs at Oracle are just an annual rearranging of chairs on the Titanic. Nothing more. So face it everyone , you’re going to be out of a job dinner than later.

Bet new group will have a lean tight mid section and shed unhealthy fat.
To the OP, at Oracle try to remember to use double quotes when using the word "Reorg". HTH

Sales has driven this reorg, but it will ripple through engineering and support. Even administration will be impacted. The reorg will not be a loss of jobs, but it will make it easier down the road.
The one constant at Oracle is change, as each new ‘brilliant’ leadership group reinvents the wheel!
