Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Accountability NOT JD’s thing

And his narrative is cascading throughout Nike and now it’s external. Brand image taking a hit.

Saying he owns the downfall but not willing to accept responsibility. Not innovating due to hybrid work, gimme a break!!!!

Just desperation at this point. He needs to go yesterday.

Any credence to the rumor that he has to be bought out of his contract/be paid some ridiculous sum if he’s let go before 5 years? If so, wouldn’t Nike/the board basically have to keep him another year, what with the $2B cost-cutting they’re trying to do?

"Second, the best leaders are authentic. Good leaders can have different personalities or styles from one another. Being authentic means being consistent with who you are, and my observation is that talented people will only follow authentic leaders."

The longer he sticks around, the happier I am not to be a part of Nike anymore. He loses a pound for every layoff. 🤣 Dude, you need to go!
