Seriously. Lots of empty buildings and cubes but so called leaders still hiding behind closed doors. At least face the reality and walk around talking to the people. Walking with your head down and ignoring people just makes you a more ignorant “Leader”

Thats because LT doesnt have a strategy or plan and left the real workers to keep the current work going. Unfortunately this will fail sooner than LT knows, because they dont have the experience to turn this business around. This is a worse situation than 2020 where there was slightly better strategy. People are misguided. New LT will step in two weeks from now to bombard people with their fly by their seat of their pants ideas, and in 6-12 months shuffling will take place. The real workers will suffer due to lack of clear strategy and burnout from constant change. This is why LT hides, they are clueless and heartless.
Do cubes still exist?..or are you speaking of outside of North America?
