Agreed with IT bloat. Buy IDX system to replace the existing ridiculously expensive inefficient claims system for Aetna.

Look at the top executives hired in the last 2 years.all remote and they have no idea of healthcare business..They give pep talk on culture.. those executives are the problem. Mid level and lower level keep the company running

According to Yahoo Finance… CVS currently has liabilities totaling 130.6 billion more than its cash flow and near term receivables… to turn the titanic around would take mass dumping of overhead costs, huge hikes in cost for consumers and horrible customer service due to running a skeleton crew or outsourcing to other countries. The poor service members will receive will continue to result in numerous lawsuits at CVS expense making those price hikes for consumers null and void. It’s a very slippery slope at this point…
