Well far from 200 per share.. On May 2, 2024 Argus Research A6/Quantitative downgraded Fiserv (FI) from BUY to HOLD. The wheels will fall off the problem will be the desperate measures FB and KKR will take to pull the stock price up. Expect more stock by backs and right sizing.

FrankServ is working on acquiring this site so he can totally control it with his shills. He will then add badge swipes for employees, Sapience, gut it, and make it a clover app propaganda machine praising himself

Because there’s nothing happening rn. This board is useful for info on departures, pending RIFs or major HR policy shifts. But most of the threads are just pointless “I can’t take it anymore!” or “Execs don’t know what they’re doing” on a loop, or worse people spreading misinformation.

We are quiet because we are thinking about retiring a few years earlier than originally planned. Checking g our savings is and 401K amd other investments. Yes Fiserv drove us to this.

I regret to inform you that Frank has only been CEO for four of those ten years. You know, the part where the stock market returns were flat...

In the 10yrs under JY the stock growth was nearly 1000%, under FB not so much.

The changes in Fiserv over the past 10 years are remarkable, as it has redeployed capital and management attention to the payments domain that represents best prospects for future high margin growth. The disdain and disrespect for Frank on this board is mystifying. His ability to steer this enterprise to solid, continuously improving financial performance is actually quite impressive considering the mutinous army within his ranks.

Fiserv is just matching the S&P 500 over that time period. Maybe all 500 CEOs are equally as effective as Frank?

Technically FI is slightly trailing the market, so I'm going to have to mark Frank down as "Meets Most".

Frank is an amazing "Meets Most" CEO.

Petty. Almost like someone who's itching for a dirty fix. Frank's number one responsibility is to provide solid returns to the shareholders. If you would have invested in Frank's vision a year ago, you would have been handsomely rewarded. I may not agree with every decision, but the numbers don't lie. I am optimistic in Fiserv's future.

Onward and upward!

All the whiners are in bed crying because the company's financial reports are nailing it. Frank is getting the job done! Layoffs work.

Working on spinning off the banking division.

It’s been quiet because peak layoff season is January-March. First quarter prep is over. Everyone got their papers, some were extended into April or further, but that’s a low number. Happens every year. Yes, layoffs will continue throughout the year but not at the same level as Q1.

FB, the delusional businessman/leader. He destroyed First Data making it easy pickings for the merger with Fiserv. Why they put him at the helm of Fiserv is beyond all comprehension. The only foreword thinking he does is how he’s going to line his own pockets. It’s certainly not what is best for the company, clients or employees. Get out as quickly as you can. Nothing will change or get better. YOU are better than Fiserv.

The more townhall meetings the more discouraged so many become…work more…no backfilling… no new requisition approvals…but do try and balance your family if you need to???? What that is crazy stupid expectations.

I sit within earshot of someone doing recruiting. If there is anyone "clamoring" to join this company, it's due to the BS spewed forth by recruiters who's job depends on conning someone to sign on a dotted line before the truth is revealed.

To the delusional praising Frank. He’s no hero, no great leader, and not half the reason for the success you claim. Anyone with even a small amount of business acumen in the space of running a business knows this is manipulated. 2/3rds of what you hear from this man and his inner circle is exaggerated sales speak to please NY. Frank has never actually built anything. He acquires it. Guts it for all he can, kicks debt down the road. Rinse and repeat. It’s all smoke and mirrors. When the day comes he will parachute out and leave a shell behind. If not for original Fiserv the place would be done already. Wake up.

The people on the front lines know what is going on with this company. We know that all the reports you are reading have been manipulated to look better. We tried to warn you. Eventually you will collide with reality.

Buy more stock and find out.

I noticed many new threads have been deleted. If they keep doing this, I am out too.

For the guy talking about the stock gain. It's from the Fed money printing. A lot of zombie companies who should be gone long ago are still floating around in this economy.

It’s unfortunate that FB is treated so poorly on this Board. He has transformed Fiserv into a true powerhouse - one that is financially sound, growing, and focused on better outcomes for clients. People are clamoring to join this company everyday. Maybe it’s not the place for you and that’s ok. Make a different choice and move on. The rest of us will continue to help drive this company to new heights and success.

FB has truly transformed fiserv, but definitely not for the better. Fiserv used to actually care about clients and employees- not now. Nothing but heartache now.

FB and company have been down south Forum Latin America 2024. From what I read he is selling the same lies and bs. Funny he does not meet with clients at Forum in the states your fearless leader has too think skin.

Why so much hate on FB? FB has truly transformed Fiserv for the better, bringing a visionary outlook that's driving us to new heights. Our stock is thriving, and Fiserv stands as a leader in the industry. Regardless of personal opinions, FB's leadership is undeniably pivotal to our success. #ProudToFiserv
