Ally has managed to discriminate against white males over 40.
Layoffs with many promotions of mediocre staff since releasing those who knew the most.
Not doing it right.

I feel differently… It seems like the recent promotions have all been Caucasian.
Last place you’d ever want to work as a white male is at Ally Financial. They post and brag about the number of non white men that are passed over from being hired to lack of promotions. They are gleeful to show the numbers. In October, there was a large layoff which affected white males at a higher rate than any other class. Morale is dying at Ally and there are many talented folks that are not the wanted color looking to leave. They don’t appreciate you, they don’t pay you, the company is weak.
Arent the same white males over 40 doing the layoffs, layoffs arent great but they hit everyone.
