On whether we will be leaving DSD completely or just getting rid of the sales reps. Either way more jobs will be gone in 2025.

Walmart is on its third time locking orders. Nothing new here.

Pretty sure all full timers already get 401ks
That must be why they want to get rid of those of us that get 9% into our 401k haha
When did ftow stop getting 401k? My full time merchandisers all have one
We are not leaving DSD. They invest so much $$ into it.
Soon FTOW will get 401k. Attract better talent out there to help us.

But are going completely computer generated ordering walmarts was the first to lock orders. Foodlions are starting to go that route everyone else follows I think. Rep will be gone soon it will be just be merchandising unless reps take pay cut to stay like coke has done to its employees
We already are the worst in class by far
Sales Reps leave and this company will be worst in class and the ship will sink. They are the glue barely holding it together.
