When do we get our severance… I am confused. Anyone received theirs yet?

don't know why below comment is being downvoted. We are literally in phase 3, though the news calls it phase 2 because Nike tried to keep it hush-hush.
Phase 1- Nov/Dec
Phase 2 - Feb
Phase 3 - April
Don't do a disservice to those who were let go in December. They may have a head start but they didn't get the media sympathy the rest of us did.
If I recall correctly, the severance agreement mentioned the severance payment to be made within 30 days of the separation date. So, expect it by the end of this month.
It should be this week for those of us who were laid off in February.
Phase I if you are missing money, call get your money. Phase I was end of 2024. Flood HR with messages. Seems like there are several mistakes being made in this reorg, no surprise. This is painful to not be paid what they presrnt in your paperwork. Hold them accountable, Get the money you are deserved. People need their money to pay their bills.
Yes to what they said below. If you are considered an employee until June 28th (like I am), then you will receive standard paychecks until then. After that time, you will receive the severance + unused PTO.
You get your severance payout within a week or so of your final day of employment. Until then you will continue to receive your regular bi-weekly paycheck. Your severance will include your vacation payout as well.
