Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Total Rewards Site

Not too much of substance here; who else is not good with the propaganda of appeasement that this site is serving? It really doesn't make up for the decrease in the 401k match or be punished in comp due to poor executive choices.

Vaguely saying things like the great reset sounds cool… but that’s it.

Mr Cartman said it good, “I like to be wined and dined before I am ducked”

The funny part is when they say their contribution to SS is a benefit.

No. You are LEGALLY MANDATED to pay that.

The total rewards site says $246k. My w2 says $172k. Not complaining, but that site is wicked inflated.

This kind of reporting is used by most major employers. It allows then to gaslight you into thinking you are earning more than you are.

My last employer pulled that cr-p adding in the income taxes I paid and SS like he had a choice whether to do that or not.

This is the real world that so many voted for starting back in 2008. We tried to warn you. You wouldn’t listen. How do you like the beginnings of the Great Reset?

Just went on this 'Total Rewards' site for the first time. And go figure they don't have my pay correct. My base salary is correct but then it has a 'bonus' listed that is totally incorrect.

Can Truist ever get their reporting correct? Honestly...

Is there any chance we could get an Indian guy to run the place? They might be more relatable
