Its strange to see that GPS saw a bloodbath and now there are new roles advertised hiring at lower levels. The global VP lives and works out of AMS and his full leadership team was impacted, along with many others. The CFO doesn't understand what this function does. Get ready for the WORST experiences on the campus and all offices. One-third less workforce to cater to your needs.

Yes NM has no clue what anyone in GPS does. The re-org for Meetings & Events is a mess, we have little to no direction. People were cut and the rest of us stuck with having to scramble.

Soulless buildings out on west campus devoid of any purpose. Nobody needs to be there, nobody wants to be there. And let’s not forget freestyle, where you can’t have any personal items or space of your own. All everyone wants is a quiet space to do their solo work but instead it’s nothing but loud communal spaces. A study in how not to listen to the customer and a refusal to understand their needs. Sell the buildings and get rid of anyone that repeats the lies about being better together.
Not unproductive, those individuals are still there. The "leader" decided to save his global team of redundant non-contributors who didn't move the needle (but check off DEI boxes) and got rid of the NA team that ran and did everything. A great example of a "leader" living half way around the world who is so out of touch with the day to day that was allowed to make decisions in a silo. NM is an id--t!
