What would happen if I apply and get hired for a different role within Nike before my term date is in effect? Will I lose my severance and get hired internally?

My understanding is that we can’t get hired back for 6 months anyway… look outside of Nike.
You have to pay it back, pro rated, basically you’re earning a salary instead so it’s nbd. Plenty of people have done it.
Check your contract and make sure you don’t have a time limit. Oddly there is a 6 month wait to come back as an etw.
Because some people still like Nike, or don’t want to move from the Portland area.
Check the severance agreement you signed for sure, but mine says I’d have to forfeit my severance if I did that.
I’m curious why you’d want to go back.
