Why are we all forced to come into office when you aren’t? ATL is not where your team is. What gives? How about an “ask me anything” session where we can address this please.

This is the standard for any GT VPs… bad egomaniacs self protective people
I was hoping for a clean up on wave 2, but guess MD is identifying with the crew. At least the ones she gives the grace of her enlightened presence….
What an unempathetic leader. He launches an appointment without putting any text. Come on EC ! even chatgpt can write for you a couple of lines addressing your employees. Lazy.
EC is not the one pushing RTO. I also don’t see ANY leadership fighting the battle against CEO JD on behalf of their org to be remote. Im sure this is a sensitive topic and all leadership is treading lightly to stay in csuites good graces. You can’t be mad at him for taking care of himself. RTO / office attendance is inconsistent at ALL levels.
At least SB is now gone, but in his org in GT they job eliminated a disproportionate amount of people who were whq based versus those in the remote pilot. (e.g. >50% of people laid off were whq, but something like 10% of total org is whq) The clown didn't want to come to WHQ so he cuts the people who would make him look like a hypocrite. How did HR let this happen?
EC will most likely get termed this summer when the leadership clear out begins. Oh--- oh you thought layoffs were done in June? Oh silly rabbit..... That's just the end of phase I.
Nike's Board keeps hiring the same old yesteryear style VPs - no wonder we are stagnant and can't innovate for sh-t. Our leaders are stagnant, and can't innovate for sh-t.
Get rid of these loser C-Levels.
The hypocrisy would be hilarious of it didn't effect so many people. The fact that none of Nike's leadership holds themselves to the same standards they ask of their teams is a joke. The head scammer JD lives in SF, the CTO lives in Seattle and yet they demand folks cram into WHQ so they can have Zoom calls with them. OMG I have been around a lot of large corporations but this one takes the cake in terms of putrid leadership from top to bottom.
“Rules for thee but not for me” - EC
100% THIS! its so f*cking annoying that leadership and certain disciplines get to be remote and wfh. im happy i was affected. i was there since 2011, nike isnt like it was before the pandemic, and of course jd.
Same with LP, SD of networking. No one from his entire org there but him. So Nike pays to fly him to WHQ for a week, twice a quarter to schmooz and then do a single meeting with his team.
We work better together.
