Complaining about his pay is ridiculous! Why should HE take a pay cut for YOUR poor performance as employees? CEOs get paid millions, that’s how it works. Go apply yourself and become a CEO instead of just being jealous!

I totally agree with OP. JD’s mistake was hiring RAT and continuing to not hire right CTO and keeping some of the same bad tech leadership in place.
The changes in my department and those that were layed off make absolutely no sense.
