I take it to mean the geos will have jack squat in decision power and will strictly be relegated to Operational roles

This doesn’t make any sense and seems to contradict itself?! LATAM will be led by Bowles in Mexico City and APAC will be led by Do-g in Shanghai. Sparks will lead NA.
