All the Oregon sites hit hard. Managers and team leads. And some others in Hillsboro. Salem it was half the management team and team leads for credit card customer service.
56 people gone today in Home Lending/Assurance and Monitoring. And more to come in the near future..............
The biggest # last year was over 1500, so while unusual, going over 1k is not impossible.
No, 1,000 people will not get laid off. The ave is 900 a month. There will no, ramping up, Mckinsey/hr and the third-party company that helps you with your transition (love that) to no job can only process that many people every two weeks.
If the last few are any guide, 400-500 people will be canned. I'm sure it will ramp up at some point though, just like last year where we had quite a few 1k layoff days.
About 1000 people will be laid off bank wide, just like every other Tuesday in this sh&t hole.
Heard a big layoff in consumer lending tomorrow.
“ 38 people in CSBB were notified last Thursday and Friday,” CSBB is a large section of the bank. What areas?
Probably more layoffs from my team so I can pick up the slack. Live, laugh, love. One Wells Fargo.

38 people in CSBB were notified last Thursday and Friday, it can happen any day at this point.
Random brief “connect” meeting scheduled for tomorrow mid morning, so we shall see.
I am prepared and ready to go.
Same as before... People getting axed has now become 'Groundhog Day' like... the cuts just repeat.
Few more scheduled in Boise, few managers
Month wnd change freeze, everyone is safe!
A small percentage of employees will unfortunately lose their jobs and the rest of us will just trudge on.
