Folks, start updating your resumes. Industry is hiring, other places are not toxic.

From a Tech employee, still employee at Nike but determined to leave in 3 months max. GT does not value mindset or collaboration. HR is absent. VPs/SDs do not care.

The best way to get promoted at Nike is to go to adidas. Nike sees adidas trash like gold.
