Comment with how many weeks between requesting and getting papers for benefits.
I requested mine 4 weeks ago and website still says it will be mailed in 2 weeks.

It might be worth a call to your attorney if you have one, or an employment lawyer to get an real legal opinion. Is also be calling daily and bugging the $h!t out of everyone i could think of still at X of it were me (old manager, actual HR contacts, etc etc), but that's just me cause I'm a huge a$$.
At what point do attorneys get involved? Anyone know the legal timeline they have to get us the pension options? We need those physical papers to get notarized signatures. Real answers please not silly jokes.
