Pulse Survey

Make sure you fill out the Pulse Survey on Monday/April 29th! When you add comments, the management team MUST TAKE ACTION!!! If you feel stressed about the commute to work, MAKE SURE you add in the comments section that you want more days WFH and less RTO. If you feel the company is overloading you with work, MAKE SURE you express yourself in the survey. If you are going to give everything 5 stars and no comments, you are just giving in to everything they are pushing us to do.....MAKE YOURSELF HEARD!

Personally I'm past the point of if I'm on a radar or not.

Leadership uses these to determine how they are doing and decide what needs changing.

Unfortunately the person who says they twist it is accurate. I don't think they intentionally do it. I just think leadership is so plagued by groupthink that they're blinding themselves to how things actually are. They're twisting it to themselves as much as anyone else.

BUT, why on earth would you willingly remove your one tool to communicate how you feel ? If management actually punished you for voicing your feelings, one that's illegal but even then like you deserve better at that point. I'm not going to sit in cowardice worrying if I'll get fired for filling out a survey.

I stopped doing it because it’s pointless.

If I have learned anything about the survey and feedback to leaders they will twist your words/intent to do what they want and theow it back at everyone as the reason for the change they wanted to do.

Do the survey the last day or not at all. All the early birds might regret submitting it if anything happens this week.

All the people who put “RTO is an awful idea” will just make RTObivger in the word cloud and “Verizons language model” pickup both how important and how much people want to RTO.

OP has a KPI to increase response rate.

The only management action you can drive is to not take the survey. The action the management will take is to get you to take the survey. You are not considered an 'engaged' employee if you don't take it.
Management does read the comments, but it would take everyone posting the same thing about RTO to get them to reconsider their policy.

If you want to use the survey to get on the rif list I’ve been trying and it doesn’t work. Whatever I complain about they do more of so maybe I should complain I get too much time off.

The only action management must take is to constantly to remind you to take the survey so they meet their completion objective.

Verbatims and bad scores aren’t going to mean much with most people either on the kool aid, not wanting to cause their direct manager problems, or worried about being fired giving all 5s. Definately complete the survey though to show how engaged you are with the company and get that survey complete bonus met for the leadership.

@OP is at is again. There is no 'MUST TAKE ACTION'; it's all words. Mgt is not held accountable to actually do anything with those surveys. Any action plans created are never followed up on. The only thing you could ever do is mark every question as fail or negative.

Sticking to the 5 stars and no comment. HR is not there for the employee, its there to protect the company. Survey is never anonymous.

Any negative remarks on the Pulse Survey will surely get you on the radar. ANY survey that claims its anonymous is NOT anonymous
