A startup feel and mentality around global technology in a Forbes 100 company is generally not a good thing.
Fix both before its truly too late.

when i joined nike, I instantly knew it was a fu---d up place. I have never seen a chaotic firm like this before. There are no long term vision with clear road maps, no longevity with people, no respect to your own past decisions, almost a coke addicts bi-polar life. You spend billions, and destroy it in 2 to 3 years and rebuild from scratch, and destroy fully again.
