Go ask a friend who got canned or understand basic concept: the higher your grade = more pay per year of service. There’s no one “getting sc--wed over” other than the people still at whq

48 weeks of severance - there was severe ageism in the layoffs.

last day as a Nike employee 6/28 ( still get paid until then). then the severence bonus is 12weeks of your salary so basically a lump sum of 6 paychecks..

psp, PTO, 6 months cobra

It was supposed to be: On the payroll through end of June, then two weeks of severance for each year of FTE employment plus six months of COBRA coverage from July onward, and PSP paid out in August.

Basically everyone gets 3mo regardless of years of service. They cared more about the Kohls krew than long time employees.

12 weeks severance we are talking about the 8 weeks payroll plus 4 weeks per year of service? Or is the 12 weeks are on top of May-June payroll?

That is the same package I got with 2 years service.

That’s what I was offered for one year of service.

What length of tenure would grant 12 weeks of severance? I am just asking for my own reference. Thank you

It would be fascinating to have people list their years of service, level and severance details to see if there are any obvious disparities in the calculation methodology.
