Well mobility is gaining 800 more employees transferring over from service rep titles so all those young mobility reps with under 20 years of service you will be surplussed soon due to senority.

Security audits are at an all time extreme in 2024.

Well. Since fraud was at an all time high in 2023 this is a good thing.

Stop wasting $$$ on the Diamond Award Conference every year. They send the people to 5 star resorts, have big name entertainment - for what???? This year was Scottsdale, AZ.

Waste of $$$.

Spread the wealth to everyone.

I love the track the company is on this year. Security audits are at an all time extreme in 2024. When they lay off the bulk of us, the 3rd lines will be left to deal with EY. I relish how painful that will be for them.

Depends on your management.

There are people who have not returned to the office (one in particular lives in Indiana).

If the edict is RTO then it should be upheld by all management.

Does Stankey and the c-suite still have access to the corporate jet, pilots on standby, exec chauffeur's and chef’s? We wouldn’t want any perks or events to be missed in this time of austerity, the Indy 500 is coming up next.

It’s also great that MGO is spending tons of money flying people in for a deck-a-thon in Dallas while getting rid of people. Great look

THOUSANDS will be laid off this year. Stankey has already told us that due to RTO.

Plus, there will be the ‘regular’ layoffs as well. Since T can’t get to revenue, the next option is to cut their way to profit!

to be honest according to HR and my job title description it is not my job to mentor or train another employee. that is what OLE and tye training centers are for.

One of.the MGO folks was on my team and is very sharp. Not the kind of talent you let go but that’s our leadership.

Does anybody know of anybody that negotiated better severance terms then what they put in the letter?

I hope to be laid off soon, but I'm not leaving until they pay me to leave. And I'm OK waiting because I know it's going to happen sooner or later. I just hope it's sooner.

“Speaking of culture where is the outcome of the culture survey.”

The results of that culture survey will never be seen, and if they are seen they will be spun in a way to make Stankey and the company look good leaving out pieces of data.

“I refused to do training of my replacement. ”
You should not have received severance if this is true.

Slow week for layoffs. What dumpster fire this company has become. CFO now touts new path to profitability- layoffs every morning, everyday and soon the stock will be $60 just like Elliott Group said. What a sh-t show!

CS&O under Townes/Hardin - My letter says my position was eliminated but I am being asked to train someone in a lost cost country. Told my boss I didn't realize that was an option to move to as a hub. LOL. After 25+ years wasn't thinking this was how it was going to end but ready to work for a company who values it''s employees and culture. Speaking of culture where is the outcome of the culture survey.

We continue to cut for growth and instead of making great executive decisions, we constantly layoff or reorganize teams thinking that's the solution. Has it worked yet? Nope

Everyone needs to open their eyes as this is just the beginning. Good luck to my fellow May 9ers.
