My already insecure, neurotic Dir who can't let anyone else shine has a new boss. This will kick the craziness and pressure into overdrive. Push, push, push. Micromanage, micromanage. Detail-diver. Scene-stealer. No idea how to set strategy, create unity, or drive shared vision.

Same in my org, new SDr, overly ambitious, had us on a zoom last week already, bragger about managing multiple projects and liking a heavy workload. Goodbye to any work life balance.
