This reorg bestowed upon us some head scratcher people moves. Maybe it’s just my function but it’s almost like people are being pushed to leave by being put in groups where they have don’t fit in or set up to fail by being given jobs beyond their capabilities or work ethic.

What OP said pretty much described my final 2 years before being canned on Monday. Apparently things like certs, experience, aptitude, and desire are not critical qualifiers to designate someone into a critical role here. "Im vastly underqualified and cant serve stakeholders!" - I said. "It'll be fine...!" - They said. Which pretty much made me the team/village id--t. Thank God it's over, I can finally think clearly.
