Most likely this rule will be overturned. Previously it was passed and then overturned by the courts who stated this must be passed in Congress. This time it was passed along party lines 3 Dems voted yes, 2 Reps voted no. Any time that happens, lawsuits follow up immediately. Additionally this does not go into effect for a long time.
Finally, a win for the working stiff.....
